٨١٧ - شعيب (¬١) بن عيسى بن عليّ بن جابر الأشجعيّ، أبو محمد اليابريّ، نزيل إشبيلية. أخذ القراءات عن خاله أبي القاسم خلف بن شعيب صاحب مكّيّ، وعن أبي بكر بن مفرّج، وأبي بكر عيّاش بن مخراش، وعبد الله بن طلحة. وأجاز له أبو الوليد الباجيّ وغيره. وكان مقدّما في صناعة الإقراء، حافظا مجوّدا معلّلا، له في ذلك تواليف. وشارك في اللّغة والعربيّة. وتصدّر للتعليم. أخذ عنه أبو بكر بن خير (¬٢)، وهشام بن أبان، وأبو الحسن نجبة بن يحيى. وأجاز في سنة ثلاثين وخمس مئة لابن خير.
