    ٧٢٧ - عليّ (¬٤) بن أبي نصر فاتح بن عبد الله، أبو الحسن البجائيّ، وأبوه روميّ أسلم.دخل الأندلس قبل التّسعين، ثم حجّ، فسمع يونس بن يحيى الهاشميّ بمكّة، وبالقدس أبا الحسن بن جبير، وبدمشق أبا القاسم ابن الحرستانيّ وجماعة. ثم عاد إلى بجاية [٩٠ ب] فحدّث بها، وسمعت منه. وكان من أهل الإتقان والعدالة والزّهد والانقباض. توفّي سنة اثنتين وخمسين وستّ مئة في جمادى الآخرة، وولد سنة ستّ وستين وخمس مئة.
