٧٢١ - عليّ (¬١) بن محمد بن خيار البلنسيّ الأصل الفاسيّ، أبو الحسن. سمع أبا عبد الله ابن الرّمّامة فأكثر، وتفقّه عليه، وسمع أبا الحسن بن حنين، وابن بشكوال، وجماعة. وكان فقيها مشاورا، تاركا للتقليد مائلا إلى الاجتهاد. أخذ عنه في سنة إحدى وستّ مئة. وولد سنة إحدى وأربعين.
