٧١٧ - عليّ (¬٤) بن الحسين بن عليّ اللّواتيّ، أبو الحسن الفاسيّ. روى عن أبي جعفر بن باقي، وأبي الحسن ابن الأخضر، لقيه بإشبيلية فأخذ عنه النّحو واللّغة. وسمع أبا عبد الله بن شبرين، وأجاز له أبو عبد اللهالخولانيّ، وأبو عليّ الصّدفيّ. وحدّث «بالموطإ» عن الخولانيّ، لقيه في منزله سنة إحدى وخمس مئة، وروى عن جماعة سواهم. وكان فقيها مشاورا، فاضلا، مفتيا، أخذ عنه يعيش بن القديم، وأبو عبد الله بن عبد الحقّ التّلمسانيّ، وأبو الخطّاب ابن الجميّل. ولد سنة تسع وتسعين (¬١) وأربع مئة، وتوفّي سنة ثلاث وسبعين وخمس مئة. قال ابن الزّبير (¬٢): كان عالما بالفرائض، من حفّاظ المسائل، ولد عام تسعة وسبعين.
