٧٠٣ - عليّ (¬٣) بن محمد بن أبي العافية اللّخميّ المرسيّ، أبو الحسن القسطليّ. سمع من أبي عبد الله بن سعادة، وأبي عبد الله بن عبد الرّحيم، وأبي القاسم بن حبيش صهره. وولي قضاء مرسية وبلنسية وشاطبة. وكان جزلا مهيبا، وكان بالرّؤساء أشبه منه بالقضاة والفقهاء. وأضرّ بأخرة. وعلى ذلك كان يتولّى الأعمال ويتعسّف الطّرق. وأثار فتنة جرّت هلاكه فقتل بمرسية في جمادى الأولى سنة ستّ وعشرين وستّ مئة عن اثنتين وسبعين سنة. أخذ (¬٤) عنه ابن مسدي.
