    ٦٦٤ - عليّ (¬١) بن صالح بن أبي اللّيث بن أسعد العبدريّ، أبو الحسن ابن عزّ النّاس الدّانيّ الدّار الطّرطوشيّ. سمع أبا محمد ابن الصّيقل، وأبا بكر بن العربيّ، وأبا القاسم بن ورد. وكان فقيها متقنا، عالما بالأصول والفروع، دقيق النظر، جيّد الاستنباط، لسنا فصيحا. وكان كبير فقهاء دانية، ورأس الفتوى. وله مصنّفات. أخذ عنه أبو عمر بن عيّاد وابنه محمد، وأبو محمد بن سفيان، وأسامة بن سليمان، وأبو القاسم بن سمجون. وقتل مظلوما بدانية سنة ستّ وستّين. وقال محمد بن عيّاد: قتل [٨٢ أ] لسعاية لحقته عند السّلطان محمد ابن سعد في سنة سبع وستّين وخمس مئة. وولد سنة ثمان وخمس مئة بطرطوشة.
