٦١٦ - عبد الحقّ (¬٣) بن عبد الله بن عبد الحقّ، أبو محمد الأنصاريّ، قاضي الجماعة بإشبيلية ومرّاكش، أصله من المهديّة. وولي أولا قضاء غرناطة، ثم ولي سنة تسع عشرة وستّ مئة قضاءمرّاكش وقتا. وامتحن فيها بالفتنة المتفاقمة حينئذ. وكان أحد العلماء المتفنّنين، فقيها مالكيّا حافظا نظّارا، بصيرا بالأحكام صليبا في الحقّ مهيبا معظّما. وله كتاب في الردّ على أبي محمد بن حزم دلّ على فضله وعلمه، أفاد بوضعه، ولا أعلم له رواية. توفّي سنة إحدى وثلاثين.
