٤٣٨ - عبد الله (¬٢) بن عيسى بن عبد الله بن أحمد بن أبي حبيب، أبو محمد، قاضي شلب. روى عن أبي بحر سفيان، وأبي القاسم بن صواب، وأبي الحسن بن مغيث (¬٣). وكتب إليه أبو عبد الله الخولانيّ. وكان من أهل العلم بالأصولوالفروع والحفظ للحديث والعربيّة، مع الزّهد والخير. وامتحن بالأمراء في قضاء بلده بعد أن تقلّده بسبعة أعوام لإقامته الحقّ وإظهاره العدل، حتّى أدّى ذلك إلى اعتقاله، ثم سرّح. وحجّ سنة سبع وعشرين وجاور سنة. ودخل العراق وخراسان. وطار ذكره في هذه البلاد، وعظم شأنه. وكان من بيت شرف وجاه وثروة. توفّي بهراة في جمادى الأخرى سنة إحدى وخمسين وخمس مئة عن بضع وستّين سنة (¬١).
