٤٢٦ - عبد الله (¬٣) بن عبد الرّحمن بن مفيد الطائيّ، أبو محمد القرطبيّ.روى عن أبي الأصبغ بن سهل، وأبي مروان بن سراج. وكان فقيها شاعرا محسنا زاهدا. حدّث عنه ابنه محمد، وأبو عبد الله ابن الفخّار. وهو آخر من حدّث عن ابن سهل. وبلغني أنّ القاضي أبا الوليد بن رشد قام لأبي محمد هذا وقد دخل عليه فقال ارتجالا [من مخلّع البسيط]: قام لي السيّد الهمام ... قاضي قضاة الورى الإمام فقلت: قم بي ولا تقم لي ... فقلّما يؤكل القيام [٥٠ أ] توفّي في شعبان سنة تسع وثلاثين وخمس مئة.
