    ٣٨٤ - مهاجر (¬٦) بن نوفل القرشيّ، من قضاة قرطبة القدماء.كان يعظ المتحاكمين ويحذرهم الجدال بالباطل، ثم يذكر ما يلزم القاضي، ويأخذ في النّوح على نفسه والبكاء معلنا، فيكون ذلك دأبه، حتى لربّما انصرف عنه أكثر المختصمين خائفين قد تعاطوا الحقّ بينهم. ذكره ابن حيّان.
