    ٣٦٧ - المنصور (¬٢) بن محمد بن الحاجّ داود بن عمر الصّنهاجيّ، أبو عليّ اللّمتونيّ. سمع بقرطبة من أبي محمد بن عتّاب، وأبي بحر، وبمرسية من أبي عليّ الصّدفي. وكان من رؤساء لمتونة وأمرائهم، موصوفا بالذّكاء، عارفا بالحديث والسّنن يصحب العلماء. وجمع من الكتب النّفيسة ما لم يجمعه أحد. [٤٤ أ] وكان واليا ببلنسية ليحيى بن عليّ ابن غانية أيام كونه بها نحو أحد عشر عاما.توفي سنة سبع وأربعين وخمس مئة عن ستّين سنة. وهو فخر لصنهاجة ما لهم مثله.
