    ٣٥٦ - موسى (¬١) بن خلف بن عيسى بن أبي درهم التّجيبيّ، أبو هارون الوشقيّ قاضي وشقة. سمع أباه، وأبا عمرو السّفاقسيّ. وحجّ في سنة سبع وأربع مئة، فسمع من أبي عبد الملك البونيّ بها كتابه في شرح «الموطّأ»، وبالقيروان من أبي عمران الفاسيّ «صحيح البخاريّ»، وأجاز له جماعة. وأسمع الحديث. وهو من بيت قضاء وجلالة. حدّث عنه ابناه: أبو موسى هارون، وأبو المطرّف عبد الرّحمن، وابن أخته صاحب الأحكام بسرقسطة أبو الحزم خلف بن محمد العبدريّ (¬٢). وحدّث في سنة خمس وأربعين وأربع مئة.
