٣١٥ - محمد (¬٢) بن محمد بن أبي السّداد موفّق، مولى زاك اللّمتوني، أبو عيسى المرسيّ. سمع أبا القاسم بن حبيش فأكثر ولازمه من سنة ثمان وسبعين إلى حين وفاته، وأبا عبد الله بن حميد، وجماعة. وأجاز له أبو بكر بن الجدّ، وابن زرقون، وجماعة. توفّي في جمادى الآخرة سنة اثنتين وأربعين وله ثمان وثمانون سنة. وناب في القضاء دهرا طويلا بمرسية ثم وليه. وأخذ عنه بعض أصحابنا. ولم يكن يبصر الحديث. قلت (¬٣): روى عنه ابن مسدي وقال: كان قاضي قضاتها وعلم رواتها.
