٣٠٥ - محمد (¬٣) بن عليّ بن سليمان بن رفاعة، أبو بكر الشّريشيّ. روى عن أبي بكر بن زهر، ولقي بسبتة أبا محمد بن عبيد الله. وكان عدلا حسن السّمت، يشارك في الطّبّ والأدب. وقد حدّث. توفّي سنة ستّ وثلاثين. قلت (¬٤): روى عنه ابن مسدي وأثنى على علمه بالطبّ ودينه وورعه. وله مصنّفات.
