٣٠١ - محمد (¬٥) بن عليّ بن خضر بن هارون الغسّانيّ، ويعرف بأبيعبد الله ابن عسكر المالقيّ. سمع من أبي الحجّاج ابن الشّيخ، وأبي القاسم بن سمجون، وجماعة بعدهما. وولي قضاء مالقة مرّتين. وكان فقيها مجيدا، حافظا للّغة أديبا بليغا، وله مصنّفات مفيدة، منها: «أربعون حديثا» التزم فيها موافقة اسم شيخه اسم الصّحابيّ، وما أراه سبق إلى ذلك. توفّي في جمادى الآخرة سنة ستّ وثلاثين عن نيّف وستّين سنة.
