٢٦٢ - محمد (¬٣) بن عبد الملك بن محمد بن عبد الله بن يحيى بن فرج ابن الجدّ الفهريّ، أبو بكر الإشبيليّ. سمع من جدّه الحافظ أبي بكر. وكان ذا رياسة عظيمة ووجاهة عند الأمراء متمكّنة. وكان مع شرفه، متواضعا جوادا كثير المعروف والصّدقات رفيعا. سمعت منه حكاية، وما أراه حدّث. توفّي سنة ثمان عشرة، وكانت جنازته مشهودة.
