٢٣٢ - محمد (¬٣) بن أحمد بن خلف بن عيّاش، أبو عبد الله الخزرجيّ القرطبيّ، إمام جامعها، ويعرف بالشّنتياليّ. سمع من ابن بشكوال كثيرا، وناوله كتب خزانته، وأخذ القراءات والنّحو عن صهره أبي القاسم بن غالب، وسمع من السّهيليّ، وأبي بكر بن خير، وجماعة. وكان عالما عاملا صالحا متواضعا، عارفا بالقراءات مجوّدا متقنا، له بصر بالحديث والفقه، ومشاركة في الفرائض. وأقرأ وأسمع دهرا؛ أخذ عنه أبو القاسم ابن الطّيلسان. توفّي في شعبان سنة تسع وستّ مئة عن بضع وسبعين سنة.
