١٩٢ - محمد (¬٢) بن عبد الملك بن زهر بن عبد الملك بن محمد بن مروان بن زهر الإياديّ، أبو بكر الإشبيليّ. أخذ عن أبيه أبي مروان، وعن جدّه أبي العلاء علم الطّب. وانفرد بالإمامة [٢٢ ب] فيه في وقته، مع الحظّ الوافر من الآداب واللّغة والحفظ لأشعار الجاهليّة وغيرهم. وإليه كانت رياسة بلده. وكان لا يعدله أحد في الحظوة عند الأمراء. وكان سمحا جوادا نفّاعا بماله وجاهه ممدّحا. ولا أعرف له رواية. وقد حدّث عنه أبو عليّ الشّلوبين، وكان أبو بكر بن الجدّ يزكّيه ويحكي عنه أنه يحفظ «صحيح البخاري» أسانيد ومتونا. توفّي بمرّاكش في ذي الحجة سنة خمس وتسعين، وولد سنة سبعوخمس مئة.
