١٧٠ - محمد (¬١) بن خلف بن محمد بن عبد الله بن صاف، أبو بكر الإشبيليّ. سمع من أبي الحسن شريح، وأخذ عنه القراءات، واختلف إلى أبي القاسم ابن الرّمّاك في العربيّة. وأجاز له أبو الحسن بن مغيث، وابن مكيّ، وجماعة. وكان عارفا بالقراءات والعربيّة، متقدّما فيهما، أحد الجلّة من أصحاب شريح، وله شرح في «أشعار السّتة» وفي «الفصيح» لثعلب وغير ذلك. حدّث [١٩ ب] عنه جماعة من شيوخنا، وأقرأ نحوا من خمسين سنة. وتوفّي سنة خمس، وقيل: سنة ستّ، وثمانين وخمس مئة، ومولده سنة اثنتي عشرة.
