١١٠ - محمد (¬١) بن سليمان بن سليمان بن خلف، أبو عبد الله النّفزيّ الشاطبيّ، ويعرف بابن بركة. سمع من أبي عمران بن أبي تليد، وأبي جعفر بن حجدر، وأبي عليّ الصّدفي. وأخذ رواية نافع عن أبي الحسن بن شفيع. وكان فقيها مفتيا، نافذا في عقد الشّروط، وانفرد بالتقدّم. حدّثنا عنه أبو عبد الله بن سعادة المعمّر، وابن أخيه محمد بن أحمد النّحويّ. وتوفّي سنة اثنتين أو ثلاث وخمسين وقد نيّف على السّبعين.
