٧٦ - محمد (¬١) بن حكم بن محمد بن أحمد بن باق، أبو جعفر السّرقسطيّ. وجدّه ذو الوزارتين، كان صاحب مدينة سالم وبها قتل سنة عشرين وأربع مئة. وهذا روى عن أبي الوليد الباجيّ، ومحمد بن يحيى بن هاشم، وأبي الأصبغ بن عيسى، وأبي جعفر بن جرّاح، وجماعة. وولي قضاء فاس وأفتى وأقرأ العربيّة، وكان ذا حظّ من علم الكلام حسن الخلق قوّالا بالحق. وشرح «الإيضاح» لأبي عليّ الفارسي، وكان واقفا على كتبه وكتب ابن جنيّ وأبي سعيد السّيرافيّ. روى عنه أبو الوليد بن خيرة (¬٢)، وأبو مروان ابن الصّيقل، وقاسم بن دحمان، وأبو محمد ابن بونه، وأبو الحسن اللّواتي. توفّي بتلمسان في نحو سنة ثمان وثلاثين وخمس مئة.
