أبو الحرم مكي، بن أبي طاهر بن أبي العز بن حمدون الطيبي، ببغداد، ودفن من الغد. ومولده في سنة ستين وخمس مئة. سمع من أبي الحسين عبد الحق بن عبد الخالق بن أحمد بن يوسف، وأبي الفتح عبيد الله بن عبد الله بن نجا بن شاتيل، وأبي السعادات نصر الله بن عبد الرحمان بن محمد وغيرهم. وحدث. ولنا منه إجازة، وكان فيه فضل وأدب، وكان يبيع الكتب ويسافر بها ⦗٦٠٦⦘ إلى البلدان، وله معرفة بخطوط العلماء، وأضر في آخر عمره، وانقطع في بيته.٣٠٩٣ - وفي ليلة السادس والعشرين من رجب توفيت الشيخة الصالحة
