أبو عبد الله محمد بن الحسن بن محمد بن علي بن إبراهيم بن محمد البغدادي الكاتب المعروف بابن الكريم ويعرف أيضا بالماسح، بدمشق. ودفن من الغد بمقابر الصوفية. سمع ببغداد من أبي السعادات نصر الله بن عبد الرحمان بن محمد القزاز، وأبي القاسم يحيى بن أسعد بن بوش، وأبي الفرج عبد المنعم بن عبد الوهاب بن كليب، وجماعة غيرهم. وحدث بدمشق، ولنا منه إجازة، وله شعر جيد، وكان فاضلا في العربية والحساب. والكريم: بفتح الكاف وكسر الراء المهملة.٢٩٤٥ - وفي ليلة الرابع من شهر رمضان توفي القاضي الأجل المفضل
