أبو بكر عبد الكريم بن أبي عبد الله بن مسلم بن أبي الحسن بن أبي الجود الفارسي، بالفارسية، قرية من قرى نهر عيسى من سواد غربي بغداد، ودفن بها عند عمه الشيخ الزاهد أبي علي الحسن بن مسلم. ومولده بالفارسية أيضا سنة ثلاث وسبعين وخمس مئة. سمع من أبي القاسم يحيى بن أسعد بن بوش وغيره. وحدث. والفارسي في الرواة والفضلاء: جماعة كبيرة ينسبون إلى بلاد فارس: الإقليم المشهور ودار ملكها شيراز.٢٧٨٢ - وفي ليلة الحادي عشر من صفر توفي الشيخ
