مظفر الدين أبو الفتح موسى ابن السلطان الملك العادل أبي بكر محمد ابن الأجل والد الملوك أبي الشكر أيوب ابن شاذ، بدمشق، ودفن بالقلعة. سمع من شيخنا أبي حفص عمر بن محمد بن طبرزد. وحدث في مواضع كثيرة، ووقف دار الحديث بدمشق، وعمر جامعا، ويقال إنه لم يتوجه إلى جهة حرب إلا نصر، وقدم إلى ثغر دمياط -حرسه الله تعالى- حين أحاط به العدو المخذول ومعه جمع كبير، وقدم مصر بعد هذا وأقام بها مدة.٢٧٧٦ - وفي الثالث عشر من المحرم توفيت الشيخة الصالحة
