أبو الفرج الضحاك بن أبي بكر بن أبي الفرج البغدادي القطيعي النجار المعروف بابن الأطروش، ⦗٤٥٥⦘ ودفن بمقبرة الإمام أحمد ﵁. ومولده تقديرا في سنة أربع وخمسين وخمس مئة. سمع من أبي المكارم المبارك بن محمد بن المعمر البادرائي، وغيره. وحدث. ولنا منه إجازة كتبت لنا عنه من بغداد غير مرة، منها ما هو في جمادى الآخرة سنة خمس وعشرين وست مئة.٢٧٥٠ - وفي ليلة العاشر من شعبان توفي الشيخ الصالح
