أبو القاسم عبد اللطيف ابن الأديب الفاضل أبي الفتح محمد بن عبيد الله بن عبد الله البغدادي الحاجب المعروف بابن التعاويذي، ببغداد، ودفن من الغد بباب أبرز. ومولده في رجب سنة اثنتين وستين وخمس مئة. سمع من أبي الحسين عبد الحق وأبي نصر عبد الرحيم ابني عبد الخالق بن أحمد بن يوسف، ومن الكاتبة فخر النساء شهدة بنت أبي نصر. وكان يذكر أنه سمع ديوان والده منه. وحدث. ولنا منه إجازة. ووالده أبو الفتح الشاعر المشهور، وقد تقدم ذكره.٢٧٠٤ - وفي سلخ صفر توفي الشاب الفاضل
