أبو منصور سعيد بن أبي نصر محمد بن ياسين بن عبد الملك البغدادي البزاز، ببغداد، ودفن بمقبرة الخيزران. ومولده في سنة خمسين وخمس مئة، وقيل: سنة ثلاث وخمسين. سمع من أبي الفتح محمد بن عبد الباقي بن أحمد، وأبي منصور جعفر بن عبد الله بن محمد ابن الدامغاني، وأخته تركناز بنت عبد الله بن محمد. وحدث. ولنا منه إجازة كتب بها إلينا من بغداد غير مرة منها ما هو في ذي القعدة ⦗٤٣٤⦘ (سنة) عشرين وست مئة.٢٧٠٠ - وفي السابع من صفر توفي الشيخ
