أبو الفتح نصر الله بن عبد الرحمان بن أبي المكارم بن فتيان بن عبد الله الأنصاري ابن أخي الفقيه البهاء الدمشقي، ودفن من الغد بسفح قاسيون. حدث عن الحافظ أبي القاسم علي بن الحسن الدمشقي، والفقيه أبي سعد عبد الله بن أبي عصرون. وأجاز له الحافظ أبو طاهر أحمد بن محمد الأصبهاني. ومولده سنة ست وخمسين وخمس مئة. ولنا منه إجازة كتب بها إلينا من دمشق غير مرة.٢٦٨٠ - وفي الثالث عشر من ذي الحجة توفي الشيخ
