أبو الحجاج يوسف ابن الفقيه الأجل أبي الأمانة جبريل بن جميل بن محبوب القيسي اللواتي الحنفي البزاز، بقرية من قرى ظاهر القاهرة. سمع بالإسكندرية بإفادة أبيه من الحافظ أبي طاهر أحمد بن محمد الأصبهاني، وأبي الضياء بدر بن عبد الله الخداداذي. وحدث. سمعت منه، وسألته عن مولده فذكر ما يدل على أنه في صفر سنة سبع وستين وخمس مئة. وقد تقدم ذكر والده.٢٦٦٦ - وفي ليلة الحادي عشر من شهر رمضان توفي الشيخ الصالح
