أبو الحسن علي بن أبي بكر بن عبد الله البغدادي القلانسي الصوفي العطار المعروف بابن روزبة، ⦗٤١٠⦘ ببغداد، فجاءة وقد جاوز التسعين، ودفن بباب حرب. سمع من أبي الوقت عبد الأول بن عيسى السجزي كتاب (الصحيح) للإمام أبي عبد الله البخاري ﵁. وحدث. وأضر في آخر عمره، ولنا منه إجازة كتبت لنا عنه من بغداد غير مرة إحداهن في سنة إحدى وعشرين وست مئة.٢٦٤٢ - وفي الرابع عشر من شهر ربيع الآخر توفي الشيخ الأجل
