أبو الوفاء محمود بن أبي إسحاق إبراهيم بن سفيان بن إبراهيم بن عبد الوهاب بن محمد بن إسحاق بن مندة العبدي الأصبهاني التاجر، بأصبهان. ومولده سنة خمسين وخمس مئة. سمع الكثير بأصبهان من أبي الخير محمد بن أحمد بن محمد الباغبان، وأبي عبد الله الحسن بن العباس الرستمي، وأبي الفرج مسعود بن الحسن بن القاسم الثقفي، وجماعة سواهم. وحدث ببغداد وغيرها. ولنا منه إجازة كتب بها إلينا من بغداد سنة إحدى وعشرين وست مئة. وهو من بيت الرواية والحفظ، وحدث من أهل بيته جماعة كبيرة.٢٦٢٢ - وفي هذه السنة أيضا توفيت الشيخة
