أبو محمد عبد الرحمان بن أبي بكر عتيق بن عبد العزيز بن علي بن عبد العزيز بن صيلا البغدادي الحربي المؤدب، ببغداد، ودفن من الغد بمقبرة الإمام أحمد ﵁. ومولده في الحادي والعشرين من شهر رمضان سنة ثلاث وأربعين وخمس مئة. سمع من والده، ومن أبي الوقت عبد الأول بن عيسى، وأبي محمد عبد الرحمان ابن زيد الوراق. وحدث. ولنا منه إجازة، كتب بها إلينا من بغداد غير مرة منها ما هو في شهر ربيع الآخر سنة تسع عشرة وست مئة.٢٢٨٦ - وفي الخامس من جمادى الأولى توفي الشيخ الفقيه
