أبو محمد عبد الصمد بن أحمد بن محفوظ بن زقيرا البغدادي الأزجي البزاز الخياط، ببغداد، ودفن بباب حرب. ومولده في سنة أربع وخمسين وخمس مئة. سمع من أبي محمد فوارس بن موهوب بن عبد الله الخفاف. وحدث. ولنا منه إجازة، كتب بها إلينا من بغداد في ذي الحجة سنة عشرين وست مئة. وزقيرا: بفتح الزاي وكسر القاف وسكون الياء آخر الحروف وبعدها راء مهملة وألف.٢٢٦٩ - وفي الرابع عشر من ذي الحجة توفي الشيخ الصالح
