أبو محمد محاسن بن عمر بن رضوان البغدادي الأزجي الخزائني المعروف بغلام الخزانة، ببغداد، ودفن بمقبرة الفيل من يومه، وكان قد زاد على التسعين. سمع من أبي بكر محمد بن عبيد الله بن نصر ابن الزاغوني، وأبي طالب المبارك بن علي بن محمد بن خضير. وحدث. ولنا منه إجازة، كتب بها إلينا من بغداد في ذي القعدة سنة عشرين وست مئة.٢١٩٠ - وفي التاسع من شهر ربيع الآخر توفي الشيخ الأجل
