أبو محمد عبد الخالق بن تقى بن إبراهيم الشافعي، ببلاد الشام. وكان خرج إليها عندما ظن أنه يحصل له حرج في دينه. تفقه بها على الفقيه أبي إسحاق إبراهيم بن مزيبل المخزومي مدة وتخرج به. وسمع من أبي القبائل عشير بن علي المزارع، وأبي علي ناصر بن عبد الله بن عبد الرحمان نزيل الحرم الشريف، وأبي الفضل محمد بن يوسف بن علي الغزنوي. وحدث. اجتمعت معه مرات ولم يتفق لي السماع منه. وسئل عن مولده، فقال: في سنة اثنتين وعشرين وست مئة: لي الآن سبعون سنة إلا سنة. وكان عفيفا مؤثرا للخمول. وأضر في آخر عمره. وتقى: بضم التاء ثالث الحروف وفتح القاف.٢١٣٦ - وفي هذه السنة أيضا توفيت الشيخة
