أبو محمد عبد الرحمان بن أبي العز المبارك بن أبي البركات محمد بن أبي العز بن الخبازة البغدادي المقرئ الخياط البزاز، المعروف بابن الدويك، ببغداد، ودفن من الغد بباب حرب. قرأ القرآن الكريم على أبي الفرج دلف بن كرم العكبري. وسمع من أبي الوقت ⦗١٧٠⦘ عبد الأول بن عيسى وأبي القاسم أحمد بن المبارك بن قفرجل، وغيرهما. وحدث. وكان شيخا صالحا. ولنا منه إجازة، كتب بها إلينا من بغداد غير مرة إحداهن في شهر ربيع الآخر سنة تسع عشرة وست مئة.٢٠٩٠ - وفي التاسع والعشرين من المحرم توفي الشيخ الصالح
