أبو السعود سليمان بن محمود بن أبي الحسن بن محفوظ، القرشي البغدادي الأزجي المعروف بابن الصيقل، ببغداد، ودفن من الغد بباب الأزج بمقبرة الخلال. ومولده في الحادي عشر من رجب سنة تسع وأربعين وخمس مئة. سمع من أبي هاشم عيسى بن أحمد الدوشابي، وغيره. وحدث. وله شعر.٢٠٨٩ - وفي ليلة العشرين من المحرم توفي الشيخ الصالح
