أبو البركات شاكر بن مكي بن أبي البركات بن عبد الله بن أبي البركات، البغدادي النجاد- بالدال المهملة-، ببغداد، ودفن من الغد بباب أبرز. ومولده سنة أربع وأربعين وخمس مئة، وقيل: إن مولده تقريبا سنة خمس أو ست وأربعين وخمس مئة. سمع من أبي زرعة طاهر بن محمد بن طاهر المقدسي. وحدث. ولنا منه إجازة كتب بها إلينا من بغداد. وهو مشهور بكنيته، وسماه بعضهم شاكرا.٢٠٧٧ - وفي ليلة الرابع عشر من ذي الحجة توفي الشيخ الزاهد
