أبو إسحاق إبراهيم بن أبي القاسم عبد الرحمان بن أبي عبد الله الحسين بن أبي ياسر، البغدادي القطيعي (المواقيتي) الخياط، ببغداد، ودفن من يومه بظاهر القطيعة. سمع من أبي الوقت عبد الأول بن عيسى، وأبي المكارم المبارك بن محمد البادرائي، وغيرهما. ⦗١٥٧⦘ وحدث، ولنا منه إجازة، كتب بها إلينا من بغداد غير مرة. وكان عارفا بالمواقيت ومنازل القمر واختلاف الأزمنة. وهو منسوب إلى قطيعة العجم، محلة بباب الأزج شرقي بغداد. وقد ذكر أن بغداد أربع عشرة قطيعة منها هذه التي ذكرناها.٢٠٦١ - وفي الثامن من شعبان توفي الوزير الأجل
