أبو محمد عبد القادر بن منصور بن مسعود بن محمد، البغدادي القطيعي البيع المعروف بابن الخياط، ببغداد، ودفن من الغد بباب حرب. سمع من أبي الفتح محمد بن عبد الباقي بن أحمد، وأبي النجم بدر بن سعد بن علي المعروف بابن الأشقر، وأبي المكارم المبارك بن محمد البادرائي. وحدث. وقيل: كانت وفاته في الرابع والعشرين من رجب من السنة. ولنا منه إجازة، كتب بها إلينا من بغداد في شهر ربيع الآخر سنة إحدى وعشرين وست مئة.٢٠٣٣ - وفي الرابع والعشرين من شهر ربيع الآخر أيضا توفي الفقيه الإمام
