أبو علي الحسن بن محمود، القرشي الشافعي المنعوت بالنبيه، بالقاهرة، ودفن من الغد. شهد عند قاضي القضاة أبي القاسم عبد الملك بن عيسى بن درباس الماراني، ومن بعده من الحكام، وسمع منه، ومن أبي يعقوب يوسف بن هبة الله بن الطفيل، وولي العقود والفروض والحسبة مدة بالقاهرة، والوكالة السلطانية بالقاهرة ومصر، وكتب لقاضي القضاة أبي المكارم محمد بن عبد الله بن عين الدولة الصفراوي مدة. وسمعته يقول: مولدي في شعبان سنة ستين وخمس مئة.٢٠٠١ - وفي التاسع والعشرين من شوال توفيت الشيخة الصالحة
