أبو علي يحيى بن شيخنا أبي الفتوح محمد ابن الشيخ أبي الحسن علي بن المبارك بن محمد ابن الجلاجلي، البغدادي، بها، ودفن من الغد بباب حرب. ومولده في شهر ربيع الآخر سنة خمس وستين وخمس مئة. سمع من أبي الفضل وفاء بن الأسعد بن البهي التركي، وأبي الفتح عبيد الله بن عبد الله بن شاتيل، وأبي السعادات نصر الله بن عبد الرحمان بن محمد القزاز. واشتغل بشيء من الأدب. وحدث: وله شعر. وقد تقدم ذكر والده، وجده.١٩٤٠ - وفي ليلة السادس عشر من شهر رمضان توفي الشيخ
