أبو الفتح إسماعيل ابن الشيخ أبي عبد الله محمد بن خمارتكين بن عبد الله، البغدادي الضرير، ⦗٩٦⦘ ببغداد ودفن بباب حرب. ومولده سنة اثنتين وأربعين وخمس مئة. وحدث. وجده خمارتكين عتيق أبي زكريا يحيى بن علي التبريزي. ووالده أبو عبد الله محمد، تفقه على مذهب الإمام الشافعي –﵁، وقرأ الأدب على مولى أبيه أبي زكريا التبريزي، وسمع من غير واحد، وحدث.١٩٢٢ - وفي العاشر من شهر ربيع الأول توفي القاضي الأجل
