أبو النجيب إسماعيل بن عثمان بن إسماعيل بن أبي القاسم بن أبي بكر بن عبد العزيز، النيسابوري المقرئ الواعظ الصوفي ⦗٦٨⦘ سمع بظاهر نيسابور من الشريف أبي تمام أحمد بن محمد بن المختار الهاشمي. وحدث، وأجاز لنا مسموعاته ومستجازاته غير مرة إحداهن في شهر ربيع الآخر سنة تسع وست مئة. وسئل عن مولده، فقال: يكون في سنة أربع وثلاثين وخمس مئة بنيسابور. رضوان الله عليهم أجمعين.
