أبو عبد الرحمان عبد الخالق بن عبد الرحمان بن محمد ابن الصياد البغدادي الحربي الشارعي -شارع دار الرقيق- ويعرف بابن البحباح، ببغداد، ودفن بباب حرب. ومولده تقريبا في سنة سبع وعشرين وخمس مئة. سمع من أبي العباس أحمد بن أبي غالب الزاهد، وأبي القاسم سعيد بن أحمد ابن البناء، وأبي حفص عمر بن عبد الله الحربي. وحدث. ولنا منه إجازة، كتبت لنا عنه من بغداد.١٨٤٠ - وفي سلخ شهر رمضان المعظم توفي الشيخ الأجل
