أبو المحاسن يوسف بن حمزة بن محمد بن عبيد الله ابن الوزير الأجل نظام الملك أبي علي الحسن بن علي بن إسحاق بن العباس، الطوسي الأصل البغدادي، بها، ودفن من الغد بالجانب الغربي بتربة بشار. ⦗٥٦⦘ ومولده في شعبان سنة خمس وثلاثين وخمس مئة. سمع من أبي القاسم نصر بن نصر العكبري، وأبي الوقت عبد الأول بن عيسى، وأبي حامد محمد بن أبي الربيع الغرناطي، وغيرهم. وحدث. ولنا منه إجازة، كتب بها إلينا من بغداد في ذي الحجة سنة إحدى عشرة وست مئة.١٨٣١ - وفي الخامس والعشرين من شعبان توفي الشيخ
