أبو محمد عبد الرحيم بن المفرج بن علي بن المفرج بن عمرو بن الخضر بن محمد بن الحسن بن مسلمة القرشي الأموي الدمشقي، بحران، وحمل بعد دفنه بمدة إلى دمشق ودفن بمقبرة باب الصغير. ومولده في السادس والعشرين من جمادى الأولى سنة ست وأربعين وخمس مئة. سمع من أبي الندى حسان بن تميم الزيات. وأجاز له جماعة. وحدث.١٧٠٤ - وفي الثاني من شوال أيضا، ويقال: في ليلة الثالث منه، توفي الشيخ الصالح
