أبو الفتح عبد الواحد بن محمود بن محمد البغدادي البيع المعروف بابن صعترة. ومولده في سنة ثلاثين وخمس مئة. سمع من أبي الفتح محمد بن عبد الباقي بن أحمد، وأبي زرعة طاهر بن محمد بن طاهر، وأبي محمد عبد الله بن أحمد بن أحمد النحوي وغيرهم. وحدث. وصعترة: بالصاد والعين المهملتين وبعدها تاء ثالث الحروف وراء مهملة وتاء تأنيث. ويقال فيه: سعترة -بالسين المهملة- أيضا، والأول أصح.١٦٤٤ - وفي هذه السنة توفي الشيخ الصالح
