أبو محمد عبد الوهاب بن المنجى بن بركات بن المؤمل التنوخي المعري، بدمشق. وهو أخو شيخنا أبي المعالي أسعد المقدم ذكره في كتابنا هذا. سمع عبد الوهاب من أبي القاسم نصر بن أحمد بن مقاتل ابن السوسي. وحدث. ولنا منه إجازة كتبها لنا بدمشق في صفر سنة أربع وست مئة. ويقال فيه: ابن أبي المنجى.١٥٩٤ - وفي ليلة السادس والعشرين من جمادى الأولى توفي الشيخ الأجل
